Note: leprechaun summon at rank 5 is different from ritually summoning a leprechaun (aka wish). He will perform certain tasks, no monkey's paw, no negotation, for specific amounts of gold. His powers include virtually all spellcasting, a nasty sneak attack, and luck manipulation.
